Within the TPI Screen, we assess 15 mobility tests that provide us with our body-swing connection. All 15 tests are directly linked to swing characteristic we develop in our golf swing and the knowledge of where we need to be focusing attention to improve the way we play golf and keep those potential injuries at bay.

Within this 90 minute screening, you can expect the following:

  • A thorough and in depth TPI Screen for all 15 mobility tests alongside learning why the movement patterns performed are linked to the golf swing.
  • A breakdown of the swing characteristics that you are likely to have based on your mobility restrictions.
  • Work through corrective exercises to improve movement quality.
  • Access to my Angus Smith Personal Trainer’s training app.
  • One to one or online personal training options discussed to work through improving movement quality.
  • Results to be emailed to you.

The results found from the mobility and power screens will identify the areas related to the golf swing that need the most attention. This will all be taken into account when it comes to programming for any personal training that follows afterwards.
