Susan has now been training with me for two year’s and we have seen some huge changes with both her golf game, fat loss and her general mindset with regards to training. Going from a lady who never looked forward to exercising, Susan now tells me how positive she feels about training and always feels better post workout. This has led to achieving some fat loss goals with new goals set and some vast improvements with her golf game. Susan has brought her handicap down, won her first ever club competition and now managed to get her first ever hole in one! To top Susan’s achievements off she had previously suffered with a bad back and knee pains which we’ve managed to keep pain free for pretty much the whole time she’s been training. Consistency with training certainly does pay off. Well done Susan!
